These Terms govern all access to and use of the jj8 website located at jj8.run, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are effective from the date you first access the Platform or create an account, whichever is earlier.

By using the Platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

jj8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the jj8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jj8, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jj8 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jj8 or any regulatory body.

jj8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jj8 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the jj8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must notify jj8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• jj8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party under any circumstances.
• jj8 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures. jj8 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle.

jj8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Deposits: All deposits are credited to your jj8 wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jj8 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals following approval.
• Verification: Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. jj8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Currency: All transactions on the jj8 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with jj8's dormant account policy.

jj8 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended.

jj8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement). Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• jj8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated in the promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other methods designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• jj8 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

All bets placed on the jj8 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. jj8 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jj8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• jj8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a pricing error.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market.
• jj8 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment.
• In sports betting, jj8 follows standard industry rules for event cancellations, postponements, and walkovers. Specific rules are available within the sports betting section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj8 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jj8 support immediately.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Any conduct that jj8 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

All content on the jj8 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of jj8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jj8.
• The jj8 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jj8. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• jj8 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• jj8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• jj8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• jj8 shall not be liable for any loss arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jj8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction records, gameplay history, and device/technical data.
• jj8 uses this data to operate the Platform, verify identity, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
• jj8 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

jj8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account at any time via account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Timers: Set time limits on your gaming sessions. jj8 will notify you when your session limit is approaching.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

jj8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At jj8's sole discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the Platform or its Players.

Upon termination for cause, jj8 may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in your account. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements, subject to jj8's right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraud or illegal activity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jj8 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jj8 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's rules and regulations may apply to certain aspects of the Platform's operation.

jj8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jj8 will provide reasonable notice via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
